President: Korme Koji, RN, BSN

 Korme is a nurse working for Allina Health System in Minnesota. Korme was born and raised in Gaara Duuro, Oromia.  He is keenly aware of the needs of local people and an avid advocate for them.

Secretary: Midhasso Foge, Pharm.D, CACP, APh

Midhasso is an ambulatory care pharmacist working for the County of Los Angeles, specializing in anticoagulation. He enjoys reading good books and outdoor sports.  

Treasurer: Kedir Kurfessa

Kedir an expert in the financial industry. As our treasurer, he is continually advocating for financial independence and self-reliance of UWF. Kedir holds a BA in accounting and business management. He currently serves as a business development specialist for African Economic Development and tax consultant for Ramsey County.

VP Education Health and Emergency Preparedness (VEHEP): Moti Felema, RT

 Moti is a respiratory therapist by training. He is an entrepreneur and an avid advocate for our people. He is the brain behind our scholarship, mentorship, youth engagement programs.

VP of Community Development and Public Policy (VCDPP): Nigussie Felema

Nuguse is a medical laboratory scientist working for the Fairview Health system at the University of Minnesota. He can be seen promoting UWF cultural affairs and engaging our communities in various capacities.

VP of technology and Media Affairs (VP-TMA): Gemechu Koji

Gemechu is an expert in the field of information technology. He currently serves as         computer support and network administrator at Rift Valley Transportation Inc.
